Youth shot dead for overtaking politician's car

Bihar Police is questioning husband of JD-U MLC Manorama Devi Bindi Yadav in connection with the case. "During the scuffle, my son took out his licensed pistol in defence, it happened by mistake," Bindi Yadav told the police.

3. He further said, "They started overtaking his car, stopped my son on the way. They then pulled him out of the car and started beating him."
4. Bindi Yadav told the police that his son was driving the car and those four persons in other car were drunk.
5. Rocky is still on the run. Police in Gaya has detained the guard, Rajesh Kumar, who was with him in the car.
6. Aditya Sachdeva, the son of a prominent businessman, was travelling in his Swift car with his friend when he allegedly overtook the Range Rover that belonged to JD-U leader Manorama Devi's family.
7. Aditya's friend who was with him in the car has told the police that soon after they overtook the SUV, Rocky and the guard started firing to stop them.
8. Manorama Devi is a member of Bihar's Legislative Council.
