12 killed, 40 injured in Himachal bus accident

At least 12 people were killed and 40​ were injured on Saturday when a Himachal state transport bus fell off a cliff in the state's Mandi district. The bus was headed from Dharamshala to Kinnaur when the driver reportedly lost control while taking a turn. Police said the death toll could increase as most of the passengers were critically injured.

In Himachal Pradesh, at least 12 persons were killed and 40 others were injured on Saturday, after a bus in which they were travelling fell down from a cliff in Mandi district.

The bus was travelling from Dharamshala to Kinnaur. The accident happened in Jogindar Nagar in Mandi district. The injured have been admitted in a nearby hospital.
