Mumbai gets first AC local train

According to a Central Railway official, Mumbai has got its first air-conditioned suburban local train, built at a cost of ₹54 crore. The local train does not have any general or first class compartments. It will undergo software and technical updates in the coming month, and speed trials for another five to six months.
