1. Drink Water:

It’s difficult to list out the number of benefits that comes with drinking water. One of them is clear beautiful skin. Staying hydrated throughout the day helps flush out toxins from your body. It also keeps your skin supple and leaves you feeling refreshed and energised all day.
You can supplement your water intake by drinking soothing herbal teas during the day.

2. Follow The Right Diet:

We’ve all heard this a million times – you are what you eat. And that’s because it’s true. Your diet should consist of a healthy balance of fresh fruits, green vegetables and protein rich food. Food that is processed or high in sugar will have an adverse effect on your skin. Also, try to incorporate Vitamin C into your diet, it helps pimples heal faster.

3. Exercise:

A large part of having and maintaining beautiful skin is because of regular exercise.
Cardio will help boost your blood circulation, leading to healthy glowing skin. You can also try running or jogging. These exercises also help cleanse your body of toxins through sweating. If you’re pressed for time, try taking a brisk walk for 20 minutes during the day.
4. Take off the makeup:
One habit to live by, and also sleep by, is to remove your makeup before you sleep and let your skin breathe. Leaving your makeup at night can clog your pores, causing acne and blackheads. If you don't have a makeup remover, you can use olive oil. Use a cotton pad and gently massage the makeup away. You can then wash your face with warm water and gently pat it dry.

5. Protect Yourself from the Sun:

Every time you step out into the sun, your sensitive skin reacts to the
UV rays. Prolonged exposure to the elements without proper protection can lead to leathery, tough skin. With sunscreen, your skin remains supple and soft for years. For everyday use, you can choose SPF 15. However, if you are heading to the beach or any other area with a lot of sun, make sure to cover your skin evenly with SPF 30 or more.

6. Sleep:

We all have things we like or have to do, and sometimes it seems like there just isn’t enough time in the day, but don’t compromise on your sleep. Try to get 8 hours of sleep every day. When you’re tired, it shows on your skin – sagging, patchy complexion and dark circles under your eyes. A good night’s rest is all that is required to eliminate these signs.

7. Have a ritual:

This is one of the most important tips for beautiful skin. After washing your face, use a toner to remove any extra oil and dirt from your skin.
