Indian Railways is getting a makeover, and the first look of the 'Make in India' luxury coaches were revealed in Bhopal's Habibganj railway station. The first model was inspected by Railway Board chairman AK Mittal, and once these coaches reach New Delhi, they will be further inspected by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
The swanky new passenger coaches have been designed by Bhopal's coach rehabilitation workshop (CRWS) as part of an ambitious Rs 32 crore project. Here's an exclusive peak inside Indian Railways's modernised coaches.
